Amazing staff! Jill in the restaurant/café area and the receptionist, simply Amazing. I will be back because of them. Breakfast is fresh cooked to order. The ambiance is great, property clean. 5 out of 5

This hotel has a warm, inviting feel from the moment you pull up. The natural stone and wood exterior gives it a mountain‑lodge vibe that fits perfectly with Truckee and Tahoe. My room was spacious—possibly because it was a wheelchair‑accessible layout—and included a fridge, microwave, and a proper desk. We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Truckee Tahoe Hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish. Emily at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. She made check-in very welcoming and even gave us great recommendations for places to take our 5-year-old tubing, which made our trip even more fun. This place is wonderful. Clean friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is the best I've ever had in the USA. One can control the temperature in the room. I definitely recommend this best Western. And you get your own microwave and refrigerator in your room. Which a lot of motels and hotels don't offer.
