Hotel is very dark with no natural light. The rooms facing the pool are at the same level as the pool so there is a need to keep the drapes closed all the time. Rooms are not sound insulated so any noise from neighboring or adjoining rooms is easily heard. I was placed near the stairs, which were noisy also. Despite my request at the front desk, there was no willingness to move me to another room with the hotel mostly vacant.

Rooms are pretty tired but overall the property is decent. Stayed here off-season but very much geared towards the ski crowed. Wasn’t thrilled to find out parking was an extra charge only after my stay - I’m very sure this was listed as included when I booked and overall properties should just fold this into the price. You don’t build goodwill by nickel-and-diming people. The parking fee was $15/night. There's not always a person at the front desk, so you gotta wait for them to come back and they go to lunch, usually from 12-1pm.
