When we got to hotel, the systems were down. Instead swiping our card, we had to fill out paper forms. Somehow, our credit card was charged twice for the stay. And they could not fix it because... systems were down. The manager was unavailable. We were told the manager would be in at 9am to speak with us. 9am - NO MANAGER, 10am - NO MANAGER, 12pm - NO MANAGER. Very good experince. The place is very clean and quiet. Hotel gym was very good. Rooms were very large and spacious. Breakfast wasn’t the best but it seems they were working on this so I won’t doc a point.

Booked 8 rooms for a corporate event. One of the rooms had what appeared to be a hourly occupant causing a commotion all night, one of the rooms had an attempted break in, and although this was recently rebuilt, it still carries the best western label on many thing. Run, don't walk away from this option.

Great stay. Our room was not ready, but we found a place for dinner. The hotel is a stone's throw from the mall. Upon check-out, we discovered that my friend's and my credit cards had been applied to the wrong rooms, but the front desk clerk quickly resolved the issue in the morning.
