This was a good stay, we had two rooms that were spacious and comfortable. Nice staff. The breakfast was standard but good. Amanda made it even better, she was great! Gym is small and lacked some basic equipment which should be an easy fix for them. Wifi was out for most of our stay, we were there for three nights. The fire pits in the evening was a very nice touch. Didn't have a chance to check out the pool but its indoors and did look a bit small. Used to be exceptional hotel. Not anymore. Our first night, the bathroom sink was clogged. Mind you this was right after room was supposedly cleaned. Took full day to be fixed. Also on first night, I had to get more pillows and a new comforter because ours was stained up. The shower floor was dirty. I poured my coffee out in the sink on our way out one morning, we came back to a coffee stained sink after the room was cleaned. The free drink for the brewery next door was stopped. Very nice hotel in exceptional condition with a roomy breakfast area that included a make-your-own waffle and yogurt machine. The room had a smaller TV but it was adequate for us.

This hotel is absolutely immaculate, truly "hospital clean," and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The location is incredibly convenient, just a five-minute drive from the lake, local wineries, and a charming downtown area. But what truly makes this hotel stand out is its exceptional staff. I currently have low stamina due to undergoing chemotherapy, and the team's kindness meant the world to me.
