Hotel is fairly located closed to downtown and theaters. Walking distance to a nice park. Check in wasn't the greatest experience, the person helping us was not friendly at all. I felt we were doing her a favor with her cold attitude presented towards us. Rooms were clean. Renovation of rooms might help this hotel as the bathroom does not have a separate fan from the light. Located near everything in Stratford. The room was comfortable, large (suite) and very affordable. Hotel restaurant was good too.
Pros: Location is great. Very close to Festival Theatre. Check-in process was very smooth and friendly. Cons: Bathroom was dirty. The walls are very thin and our room was right next to the stairwell door. We were woken up constantly throughout the night. The a/c was broken and every time it cycled on it made a racket and woke us up.
They would score higher if they answered the phone when calling and if they offered room service.
