I was in a party of seven family members staying on an overnight trip to see a play. After the play, around 5:00 pm five of us went to the hotel bar for a glass of wine. We found seating and tried to attract attention from a barman who then refused to serve us, saying that they were too busy. He insisted that we leave the bar. We have been staying in this hotel on our annual play going trip for at least 10 years, but will think twice before we book next year.
Good stay. Our room smelt a little smokey initially when we walked in. Big clean room. Good breakfast. Festival theatre less than 10 minute walk. Would stay here again.

Wonderful check in with friendly front desk staff. Housekeeping staff super helpful and accommodating. Great restaurant with a very good menu and attentive staff. Rooms are large and comfortable. Very clean.
