We stay here frequently and typically are very pleased. However, this trip we found out as we were checking in that the elevators were out and our room was on the 3rd floor. What I am upset about is there was no offer for the rate to be discounted or to move our room to 1st floor or anything. I just feel like customer service was lacking.
Service and location were fine but it was so noisy! Little fridge in room was loud and and from outside the room there was a lot of noise (not people just machines etc)
We had the best time! Jasmine (front desk) was the sweetest. She had one on the phone 2 walking in and handled it like a pro! My mom, sister and I have nothing but good things to say. When we went to leave there were no carts, we had a few more things to do upstairs. When she saw someone coming back with their cart, she PHYSICALLY brought it up to us! Jasmine stay awesome! And God bless!
