So, we had some issues with our "pet room". First off, they have no 1st floor "pet rooms" for persons with disabilities, and the room we got on the 3rd floor was right by the elevator, which for us a plus, but l we would of preferred the 1st floor. When we entered the room we were greeted by a pleasant smell, but stains on the carpet, rust in the tub, and messed up floor trim. See pics. Over all it was a decent stay, rooms were clean no odd orders. Room was advised with coffee makers and there wasn't one, asked for one and had to check back with the young girl up front 4 times all the way up to 10 pm and keeps telling us different stories. First was she will call her manager and ask if she can take one from a vacant room, vs just moving us to that room! Then we were told the manager was on her way up to figure it out. This is just my favorite place to stop and sleep along i40 between ABQ, NM and East Oklahoma. They cook eggs to order for breakfast.. never a problem, rooms always have AC and showers that work.. beds are comfy, and I feel my car is safe here also.
