Customer service was AMAZING here. The rooms were the newest but they were incredibly clean. Places most hotel don't clean well these guys got it. Food was solid from here and the breakfast included was great.would definitely stay here again.

Unsure if this is an old hotel that was completely renovated or what but it seems to have been done very nice. There are some older touches in the rooms to appear that it was a renovation but overall, the rooms were great. Lots of space and laid out well. Kinda weird that it had 2 closets but that in part makes me wonder if it’s not renovated. Lots of parking and there is also underground if requested. The entire experience was exceptional. When we checked in the gentleman at the desk Lawrence was wonderful and welcomed us. The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was way more than we were expecting. We will definitely be back!

First time in Fort Mac and this hotel made my trip 10x better! Beautiful rooms and the staff are so lovely and accommodating. Thanks for the lovely stay!
