The hotel room had really poor sound-proofing. The suite had single-pane louvered windows, so sound and cold air crept in easily even when fully closed. Our room was probably particularly bad because it was right next to a street with loud cars and some apartments with people talking and playing music late. Fine otherwise, but didn't feel worth the price because of how hard it was to sleep with the sound. Breakfast is not included.
Perfect for of you need to go to cottage hospital. My room was basically a 2 bedroom three bed apartment with stove refrigerator microwave it was amazing. You can cook your own food there. There is also a very reasonably priced live oak restaurant on site that I only spent $37 for dinner for two people (not including top) which is very good. Booking . Loved this place - Front desk staff very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Room was very clean and nicely furnished. Also enjoyed the aviary, beautifully maintained hotel grounds and restaurant onsite. Great location was a bonus with easy Highway 101 access and for a quick two block walk to Cottage Hospital.
