Don't stay at this hotel. If you have any problem or questions and you call them, they will hang up the phone as they are not willing to help you. Rooms are extremely noisy.

2 stars — Very disappointing for the price Very disappointed with our stay, especially considering the price we paid. The room was very outdated, including the plumbing, which badly needs updating. The floor was extremely squeaky and noisy, making it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably. The free breakfast was also well below average and did not meet our expectations. This hotel is in a perfect location just outside the park. There is a restaurant, store, and gift shop. My only issue was an odor in the room. I asked if something could be done but they didn't respond.

Nice atmosphere and very good location for park access. Stayed for one night, found out elk lodge has no elevator or working exterior lights on the side stairway to 2nd level. There is plenty of activities offered to fill your days and warp up a long day of hikes. The room is large and has plenty of room for guests. However, the lamp shades are covered in dust and they all appear to be old.
