Excellent location, rooms, amenities, and service. It's low-key and very family-friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub are a great touch for the kids. Would love to come back for another stay!
Ruby's is a prime example why monopolies are bad. There's ZERO competition next to the park and it shows. Rooms are dated, tired, and dirty. Restraunt buffets are very low quality. The staff are overworked and disconnected. This area needs more options to force Ruby's to step up their game!
Our travel plans had to be changed at the last minute and we ended up staying at Ruby’s. We could not have been more pleased. It was a perfect place to stay for our hiking trip to Bryce Canyon! It is not fancy, but just right.
Receptionist at front desk, April 23, has no presence or expression of care. Comes across as though we are an inconvenience. Although we do not know what is going on in her world, we do feel for $240 night stay, we could matter for a moment in time for our inquiries. Maybe a reminder that if she is going to be the initial impression to be present and smile with simple eye contact.
