I enjoy staying at this hotel. My grandkids love the pool. The pool hours are very generous. Rooms are very clean and comfortable! The comp breakfast is good and the patio seating is fun.

We checked in with a unenthused person. Oreilys was no different, That started it off. We were never offered members water care package. Got to the room and there was no remote. I came down to get a remote and that didn't work, I was told we'd get a call when they found one. I called customer care. They said they would look in on it. No tv first night rough beds, leaky faucet and a musty smell is the usual. Finally someone came the next day and got the TV working, she asked what was wrong with the TV? This was likely the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Upon checking in for 3 nights, I was given my room key. However, when I arrived at the room, there was a suitcase and an unmade bed. Obviously, someone was already in the room. I went back downstairs for a different room, and the woman working at the front desk was helpful, but kept announcing my new room number to the entire lobby. Great rooms, decent value especially with the membership upgrade. A good setting if you are exploring GF, I was just passing through. That said convenience to historic downtown and views of the river are hardtop beat.
