The room was spacious. The bathroom was small, but did have a separate makeup, etc. area. Service was good; the free breakfast area was well supplied each morning. The hotel itself was nicely tucked away from the high traffic area.
Refused to give refund when family emergency prevented trip! Took money for empty room! Scam! They were also unwilling to change to any different dates.
The room was very clean and employees especially a gentleman at the front desk with the name of Ed, you are very courteous and helpful and always had a smile
Amazing staff at a great hotel! Kim is a rock star who can work wonders! Ed was really welcoming and helpful! I highly recommend you stay at this hotel if you're going to the Lancaster area!
