Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Was staying only one night but definitely enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. My family also enjoyed the fitness center. A bonus with this hotel is that you get a hot breakfast included with your stay Receptionist was very friendly and gave great recommendations. We were here for the night travelling from Ontario. We will definitely be back.

Charged extra, Already paid one deposit and they split my nights up into separate check ins, so now I pay the extra deposit and cannot pay for my meals. The guy at the desk is the only service rep that wasn’t great with helping, seems to me that he didn’t have any intention on doing really anything. he quickly passed me away to another line where again it wasn’t helpful and even had attitude when I was trying to explain my case. No supervisor, cannot be refunded immediately. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it here. August 13th... read more
