Update: the manager did give a partial refund and apologized over the phone. Much appreciated! Stayed here a couple weeks ago and our room had fleas!!! Hundreds of them. Completely disgusting. I have two short hair dogs who are on flea meds and in the morning I noticed about 50 dead fleas around them (The medication kills the fleas when they bite). I looked on the ground with a flashlight and they were everywhere jumping around. We got out of there as soon as we could. I told the front desk and they said they were sorry and ... read more
