This place is wonderful, Staff are so nice , great breakfast and clean rooms Ali and Ann in the kitchen and dinning room are so helpful and friendly
Best hotel in Ponderay. Cleanliness and friendly staff are a top priority for me. This Best Western motel goes above ans beyond. The hotel staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful there is. The place is clean and the breakfast if fabulous.
After a night of no sleep due to a constant humming noise on our room. The desk clerk said a 30’ hot water tank was above our room and that was the noise. No sorry, can I move you nothing. He just said yep it’s the hot water tank. We came back to our room from a day exploring and it was not cleaned, bed was not made and our used towels were left on the bathroom floor. I am amazed on how little service was provided and the lack of customer service at the main desk. Breakfast was nice but it won’t make up for all of the other ... read more
