Rude customer service. Withheld deposit because of VALID bad review after finding bedbugs. Ultimatum given of “you’ll get a refund if you take down your 1-star review.” Absolutely horrible.
UPDATE: Was finally able to talk to a manager about a refund WHO REFUSED BECAUSE I WOULDN'T TAKE DOWN MY REVIEW. I offered her to give her a couple extra stars and even give an update how they came to a solution but that my review was honest and I feel like people should know. They still refused and said that was my ONLY OPTION!! I'm still in disbelief - they won't even give me back the refundable deposit!
