No microwave in room so can’t reheat food or coffee and no lotion in room. Miss those things Not much interaction with humans mostly serve yourself Very clean rooms and very spacious and comfortable. Guests above me were heavy walkers so a bit noisy
Nice location and quiet. Sad there was no microwave in the room. Don’t like the fact to have to go to the lobby from the 4th floor to warm something with other guests watching.
Room was nice and clean. Loved that. But when we came home tired from a busy day, there was no place to park. The civic center next door was having an event and the hotel didn’t reserve its parking spaces for the hotel guests. Also they ran out of food at breakfast because they weren’t prepared for the amount of people who wanted to eat.
Marisela is amazing! Give her that $5 bonus, also cmon you should up that to at least $10.
Easy location, wonderfulnrooms and amenities. Would stay again if in the area.
