The hotel is noticeably tired — worn furniture and dated interiors make it clear a renovation is long overdue. The biggest issue, however, is the near-complete lack of soundproofing. If you end up on a lower floor, expect to hear everything your upstairs neighbors do: every footstep, every shower, every middle-of-the-night bathroom visit. The staff was great and Millie the General Manager was fantastic and knew how to treat her guests well and train her staff well.

Rooms are not well maintained. This hotel DOES NOT reflect the Best Western brand and I would look elsewhere. They charge Best Western prices but you DO NOT get what you pay for. Take heed and go somewhere else. Also, they purposely run the hotel with minimal staff so you have to wait to get anyone from the front desk. I had to wait 10+ minutes (on 2 occasions) for someone to assist at the front desk. Free breakfast- Not hot, not fresh.
