We stayed over last Aug long weekend. The staff were really friendly. What really stood up in this stay was their effort to find what we left. They shipped it so quick and we received them right away. I apologize to not remember the male staff. We are grateful as they have sentimental value to us.
Fantastic staff. Handicapped accessible. The mattress kept caving in but the height of the bed was perfect. The management is great making the overall experience worthwhile.
The staff were absolutely lovely. We had a pet friendly room on the main floor. The pet area is terrific and you are just across the street from a fantastic pathway. The breakfast service is stellar, they top off everything until way past the breakfast cutoff. Bravo Best Western Plus in Osoyoos BC Canada
