I really wanted to like this hotel, but it fell short in too many areas. The location was convenient, and the staff at check-in were polite and pet friendly, but the positives ended there. The room felt dated and the halls weren’t very clean, the room had a musty smell to it. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, and the bed was okay with lumpy pillows. The breakfast that was included was not appetizing

Are stay at Best Western Plus was fantastic because of John. We forgot a couple of things and John made sure to accommodate everything for us, even looking through different out of order rooms to make sure we got what we needed. He was fantastic and it would not have been the same without him.
