We stayed for 7 days and didn't see room service at all at check-in you should inform people that you are only paying for the hotel not service
Has a larger room with a table and 4 chairs which was really nice. Biggest problem was that the room was dark. Yes, it had lights but seemed to be lower wattage and didn't put out very much light. The bathroom fixture had multiple bulbs and you could see one was much dimmer than the others. They must be "upgrading" to these bulbs as a cost savings?? Attentive and helpful staff. Super low ceilings for anyone tall considering but otherwise cleanly maintained rooms and spacious shared spaces. Good option in New Ulm. Nearby a Hy-Vee and Applebee’s, as well as having an onsite bar.
We visit New Ulm regularly, and this is always our choice of hotel. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. It's an older property that was previously part of other chains, but it's well maintained and clean. If you're familiar with the Best Western Plus brand, you might find that this location offers a more modest breakfast experience compared to newer properties in the chain.
