If I could leave zero star I would. I have visited this location many times over the years but due to an incident where the front desk clerk charged me 254.00 for a 87.00 room, treated me poorly as a member of their program and guest because she made an incorrect assumption. Management did not want to come to the desk to fix the situation nor hear out this issue.
