If I could leave zero star I would. I have visited this location many times over the years but due to an incident where the front desk clerk charged me 254.00 for a 87.00 room, treated me poorly as a member of their program and guest because she made an incorrect assumption. Management did not want to come to the desk to fix the situation nor hear out this issue. On top of being over charged for no reason this time when staying the same clerk was not at the desk for about 15minutes while myself and others waited to be checke... read more
