Hello, back again ! I was not able to write a reply to your response so I made a new comment . To your first comment regarding the security deposit and declined charges. Not true at all! But excellent way to flip it you to make you guys look great and professional. I both nights were paid in full, which is the only way we were able to receive a key for TWO nights! The reviews left for this hotel, leads me to wonder if it was written by staff or friends of the staff. My family and I stay was absolutely disgraceful, embarrassing and humiliating. Not only was the manager, Aneesa very unprofessional, condescending and WRONG, she also did not take accountability. My family and I reserved a room from 8/1/25- 8/3/25, total of $493, which was paid.
