Total scam. I booked a room through their own website. I called to cancel 2 days in advance and they said I had booked through a 3rd party and I had to call that company to cancel. There is nothing in my confirmation that says any other company. I was able to cancel online and received $69.20 refund from the $193.82 that I didn't even know I prepaid. Don't book with Best Western.
Great place to stay while visiting Morden. It has one level 2 electric car charger, which was free.
