One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The housekeeping come changeout towels everyday without you even have to ask which is great! Also, you can put hang tag saying you need your room serviced outside your door and they come do full room service the same day. Nothing but positive things to say about my stay here
I had the pleasure of staying last weekend , And was actually quite amazed with the inside , the rooms were great ,great breakfast , But THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ? PHONEMONAL! Abigail was very knowledgeable about where everything was , she helped sign me up for rewards after i stressed to her how much i stay and never have had a free night , she helped me log in and when i asked her for more towels or something was wrong she didn’t hesitate to come help or provide me with my needs. The room was outdated, the sheets need to be replaced. The front desk was very accommodating. I saw the pool, looked decent. I didnt use it.
