They text you before checkin. This is not from the hotel and any requests you have will not be accommodated. Ours was to not have a room with carpeting to which they noted our preferences with allergies rather than letting us know it’s impossible. I’ve been told by others that they are always “renovating” There was no hot breakfast but we were charged for it. Often the best value in town. Included breakfast is solid. Pool & hot tub large. Rooms & bed lovely. Front desk friendly. Mostly a notch above expectations (we’ve booked an Orillia hotel every month for the past 2 years, trying several others. This is often significantly less expensive than the Marriot, which is my other favourite.) I also like that it’s only two floors (we like both) & has decent views. However, note the AC was less accurate due to having the thermostat on the unit instead of on the other side of the room -... read more
