Hostess ignored us at counter for ten minutes. I had to phone to get her to counter…she was less than 15-feet away from us (I could hear her in the other side of the wall) she was dinosaurs (uninterested) in assisting us for check in. It was 1:24am. We were weary.
Had no cable and internet was a odd set up and randomly kicked throughout my stay. Y'all need better equipment and a company that will fix immediately
Our stay here was very enjoyable. LizBeth was very helpful at the front desk. She eased my worries as the third party refused to amend our stay by a day. She was informative about Dorothy's House which we planned to visit.
Very basic hotel. Carpet in the room was dirty, towels were very THIN, tub was slippery, light bulb missing in lamp, no in-room coffee, no USB ports, absolutely nothing on the walls. Breakfast ended at 9:00. It was quiet.
