Breakfast was the best we have had at any hotel around Lee's summit in a long time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The night agent that checked us in was very nice and we told him we were in town for the fourth and he helped with some pointers on where to go. We have stayed at a couple of other hotels in the area and just didn't feel like we wanted to go back . I booked this hotel as a trial and was not disappointed at all. Michael is the most hospitable, polite, helpful young man!!!!! Managerial potential for sure. Sarah/Sara sucks ...however she spells it, she still sucks! See for sure needs some training in hospitality. I made my reservation on Priceline and it took a little while to upload in her system... I even went as far as to show her my bank account, so she can see that the funds had came out for the reservation, as well as the reservation! I know it’s not a 5 star hotel but I was disappointed paid almost $400 for a weekend in a suite the room just felt gross was so much moisture in it.the pool was all so messy the front desk didn’t seem to care. Other than that the breakfast was good everything was very clean at the breakfast section.
I am FURIOUS at this hotel, and the management within. My 2 day stay was booked with points, and both days, I was overcharged by 4,000 extra points. When I attempted to address the problem with management, I was sluffed off and told to call the customer service line. The customer service line offered zero resolution to the problem.
