There were many positives to our stay in this hotel. The staff were super friendly, they play area and swimming facilities looked really great for families, we had a good quick meal in the lobby restaurant, and the room, for a Best Western was well equipped. Now, I will say that the hallway was unusually cold for October, and we could hear a lot of noise from the hallway in our room, and of particular note, I really wish I had brought slippers, as the carpet in the room could have been fresher. My family and I are planning to stay here when we visit the province to see relatives, but I was just informed that the hotel only operates the water slides on Fridays and Saturdays. It’s really disappointing to find this out, especially when you’re planning a family vacation and choose a hotel specifically for the water slides, thinking they’d be available for the kids throughout our stay.

Ice machine broken,restaurant hardly open,nothing to sit on on the balcony,bar closed,water slides closed,pool cold. For $200/night and $200 credit card only deposit!! Hmmm next time will not happen here.
