It's a nice hotel for families with very nice amenities for keeping the kids entertained.
My family and I are planning to stay here when we visit the province to see relatives, but I was just informed that the hotel only operates the water slides on Fridays and Saturdays. It’s really disappointing to find this out, especially when you’re planning a family vacation and choose a hotel specifically for the water slides, thinking they’d be available for the kids throughout our stay.
Ice machine broken,restaurant hardly open,nothing to sit on on the balcony,bar closed,water slides closed,pool cold. For $200/night and $200 credit card only deposit!! Hmmm next time will not happen here.
The only reason im giving a 4/5 is 1 of the water slides were not working which was disappointing however my family still had a great time.
