What a joke. 300 for a room that stinks, stained, bathroom ceiling falling apart, bathtub damaged, moldy caulking, yellow towels, hot, just overall not clean feeling. Great place for a kid to go play, pool area is dirty, everything is just dirty. Been waiting over an hour for a cot for our youngest. Wifi doesn't work properly and the is no 5g or lte network in the area so it's a painful experience. Would definitely not book again, honestly wouldn't take it for free. I went here with my family and family friends in Summer 2024, and it was good. We went here because it was really close to Point Pelee. The rooms were okay, like normal hotels, but in one of the drawers there were a few cans of alcohol, and that's why my review is a 3. I didn't get to go to the pool, but I did go to the area where the inward hotel rooms face (I don't know the name) and it was large and had many things to do. Disappointing Stay – Only the Location Was a Plus We recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Leamington, and unfortunately, the only positive aspect was its convenient location. The room itself was extremely disappointing—worn down, poorly maintained, and uncomfortably humid. There was a constant musty smell, and everything felt damp, making it very unpleasant to relax or sleep. The property overall looks like it hasn’t been properly updated or deep-cleaned in years. I wasn't that impressed, stayed 1 night, room was grubby, hairs in bath..moldy caulk, seriously questionable stains on the chair which was disgusting, cloudy pool water, TV didn't work, a repairman was sent up but failed to fix the problem, multiple arcade machines didn't work either..oh and outer doors were not secure. Not great.
