Lisa at the front desk truly made my stay at the Best Western feel welcoming from the moment I arrived. She greeted me with a warm smile, handled check-in quickly and was more than happy to answer all of my questions about the hotel and surrounding area. I would gladly stay here again knowing I’ll be greeted by someone as helpful and friendly as her.
The hotel is very clean. The staff is very nice especially Lisa. She’s very friendly and kind. And the breakfast is wonderful
Starting at the Front desk with a very rude front desk person to the fact that thee exhaust fans in the whole hotel were out because "they didn't have roof access" they also said when we checked out there would be a to go bag breakfast for us nope. I would not stay here the property seems to be getting run down which could be overlooked if the staff was somewhat nice.
Lisa at the front desk was professional, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. She handled check-in seamlessly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Truly top-tier hospitality. Thanks again... Sincerely Roger
