Newest update! Stayed here again and everything was great, clean and working! Improvements have been made! :) **** update****. Recently stayed here for a few nights. Friendly staff. However the whirlpool tub did not work. 50-100 bees floating in the swimming pool. And the room didn’t feel as clean as it could have. There was a clump of long red hair in the bathroom shower wall. Be prepared, what you purchase is not what you receive. We booked the suite, called and verified that it had a separate bedroom, and dining area. When we were let into our room (late because it was not ready at check in time) we found that it was a standard king room. When brought to their attention they said they were aware of the problem, and could do nothing. And it was our fault because we used a “third party” to purchase. Great experience overall! Manager, front desk, housekeeping, & maintenance. They put on a smile with every encounter, and willing to go above & beyond to provide great service. My stay was booked the same day from 7/9-7/11. I was able to get an early check-in, bigger room, and extra blankets & towels as needed. I would definitely refer & visiting again! Thank you all for making my birthday in Las Vegas, worthwhile. This place is located in a nice area, close to shopping and good eats.
