There was no towels in the bathroom just a couple hand towels, I called front desk, managed to lock myself out of the room in that process, and the young lady front desk receptionist Hailey helped me right away without hesitation, and I not only got my towels but back in my room in a blink of an eye! She was super busy out of her mind but she made sure that I got help right away. This is the true definition of going above and beyond!!
