I honestly loved my stay at the Best Western Plus Lamplighter Inn in London. The place was clean, cozy, and the staff were so kind and helpful the whole time. The pool and waterslide were a blast and it really made the trip memorable. I’d 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

1 - centipedes in my room 2 - had to push on the door hard to latch the lock 3 - the humidity from the pool is not ventilated well, musty smell in my room 4 - to get to the rooms, all guests are funneled through a narrow hallway with their conference rooms, constantly bottlenecked, once had a band playing bagpipes and drums marching around the hallway incredibly loud - not live music, just some arrogant group that rented the conference room 5 - if I wanted to use the elevator in my section, I had to go outside through one do... read more

Very clean beautiful rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool is amazing!

I stayed at the Best Western Lamplighter paid $283.57, the room airconditioner was very loud, the pillows were awful could not sleep all night because the kids were running up and down the hallways, people were swearing and bang on doors, we made a complaint but to no avail. The rooms looked really nice but not at all comfortable....not very happy when we talked to the girl at the front desk didn't care seems to be the way life is going anymore....
