Excellent facilities and great service provided. They even got assistance which most travellers forget, which is socket adapter for charging devices!

Nice hotel in the heart of the CBD. Rooms are simple but have a decent bathroom, small kitchenette and comfortable beds. Floors 4 and 6 have a self serve laundry (2 x 2aud coins per wash/dry). The hotel has a small waiting area and cafe. Located just 5 minutes from the centre.

今までオーストラリア内のホテルに多く泊まってきましたが、このホテルがダントツで良かったです。 隅から隅まで清掃が行き届いており、ロビーのスタッフさんもとても丁寧です。 その辺の高級ホテルと比べても、本当に清潔。 何より、日本のホテルによくある、あの独特の清潔で高級感のあるホテルの匂いがします。 気をつけなければならない点は、チェックインが大体12:30以降です。それ以前に到着した際は、スーツケースを預かってくださって、ロビー横のソファーエリアで寛げます。

Staff were very helpful and this hotel is located at a great location. Less than 5 minutes to bus stop, train station, a pharmacy, a couple of grocery stores, one of them, Aldi. Several restaurants and great park. 5 star with location. Rooms are old, elevator moves more than expected when stopping, entrance to rooms is small and uncomfortable. Beds are confortable and good items within kitchen area. Laundry room is decent. It makes you pack less since you can do laundry. $2 AUS per run (washer -and dryer). Rooms need a renov... read more
