We booked our accommodation months ago wanting to ensure that everything was well organised before leaving New Zealand, we booked with Best Western as we knew the brand & thought we could rely upon it. We woke up to an email a few weeks ago stating that the hotel needed major renovations and would now be closed at the time of our booking. A great hotel with helpful employees. About 20 minutes from time square. Each apartments has plenty of space and good beds

Nous avons réservé un appartement pour 5 personnes petit déjeuner compris pour 5 personnes en début d'année. Notre séjour New Yorkais est prévu du 23 au 30 août. L' hôtel nous a contacté vendredi dernier ( 3 semaines avant début du séjour) pour nous informer qu'il ne pouvait plus nous recevoir car l hotel serait en travaux à partir du 11 août jusqu'au mois d'octobre !!!!!!
