Overall, my family had pleasant stay. Apart from a few issues with cleanliness (see pictures) and the occasional train horn, this hotel is generally well kept. Front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good though coffee was a bit weak.
Front Desk personnel was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was nice decor and clean. Complimentary breakfast was expansive and good & fresh.
Our AC wasn't working when we got there, the front desk lady came and fixed it immediately. Then early in the morning the power went out. It got hot fast, so we opened a window and it was so noisy we couldn't sleep. Went to get breakfast there was none. Not even coffee due to the power outage. I asked about getting some of my money back since I couldn't use what I paid for half the time I was there was told no. Not coming back
Pamela at the front desk was wonderful. Location is convenient but neighborhood was not enjoyable. But the hotel was quite nice and the employees were warm and welcoming. The hotel was very clean.
