CLEAN, QUIET! The service we received by everyone was pleasant even from the housekeeping staff who do not normally interact much with customers. I was surprised by this hotel. We don't normally stay with Best Western. What a great surprise. We couldn't find a room in Albuquerque so kept driving. We got checked in late and had a great night sleep. The beds were also very comfortable. THANK YOU!
Great all the way around! Jeanette James, the head house keeper, her crew, and the whole staff were incredible! We will definitely stay here again!
This is a 5 X 2 star rating. We travel a lot and had spent several nights in hotels. This is by far the friendliness and cleanest place we have stayed. The breakfast has a phenomenal selection of foods that tasted great. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone we know who will be staying in Gallup.
Clean rooms at a great price and great customer service as well. Rooms are cold when checking in. Takes some doe the room to get to a comfortable zone.
The room was great for the price and above what I expected. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.
