There was a roach in the room. The toilet seat was broken. The shower leaked onto the floor quite a bit. We have a family of 6 and needed extra towels. Every time we went to get extra towels they had none ready for us. The staff was more nice that not. No bell at the front desk so I had to physically call for someone to help me since people were consistently not at the desk. The layout of the room for 6 people was really nice, but the air and heat was a bit confusing to use. Room smelled like smoke

Reception lady was super friendly Room was on 2nd floor and we didn’t arrive till late, we were so tired as soon as we opened the door we smelt a funny smell so we managed to locate it coming from the aircon, we ended up having to turn off the aircon as the smell was so bad, no aircon all night, dreadful night sleep, should have complained but we were exhausted, pillows were awful, won’t come back …this was also the highest we have paid for a room so will be making a call to head office to tell them our experience was not go... read more
