Nice hotel close to interstate. All of the staff was friendly. The complementary breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs, fresh yogurt, and French toast.

Not a great hotel by any means. Can barely be considered decent. The aroma of "herbal products" (marijuana) was extremely prevalent throughout the premises, especially prominent inside the elevator. We had to use the elevator 2 times a day for the period of our stay and every single time the smell of it inside was nauseating. Our room was acceptable, I appreciated the air conditioning and the bed was comfortable however the pillows generally weren't the highest quality. Couldn’t even attempt to book. I had questions as a customer and diamond member. The representative seemed highly aggravated and I got a warm hang up to the face. I only wanted to know about the whirlpool rooms. I called back and I have been sitting on the phone for 4 mins before the representative picked up and hung up again.

I look forward to coming here. Hospitality oozes from the front desk staff 🤗 … Housekeeping is another story altogether. It’s a love hate relationship… the rooms are clean… the customer interaction is frustrating to say the least. Checkout is at 11AM 🕚 Alarm ⏰ is set for 10AM Housekeeping is knocking on everyone’s door in the 9 o’clock hour.
