​The rooms were big and completely fine, but this hotel is definitely not set up well for traveling hockey teams. We booked a conference room for our team and parents, and the staff was not helpful at all when it came to managing it. They only have one room available for multiple traveling teams, which made things incredibly cramped and disorganized. Very disappointing experience overall. The customer service from both the front desk staff and management was unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacking courtesy. Communication was poor, and the situation was not handled properly or respectfully. We travel frequently, but this was one of the worst experiences we have had. Definitely not the level of service we expected.

Absolutely no complaints. This hotel is truly pet friendly; meaning they allow cats. 9 times out of 10 when a hotel says they’re pet friendly they mean just dogs. The breakfast in the morning and the nice coffee machines were definitely a plus. Only downfall is with the fitness center you have to get someone to let you in, key cards don’t work.

Decent place to stay for work. Rooms were not the cleanest - had a layer of dust on most surfaces and visible dirt behind the bed and in the corners of the room. My minifridge also had food in it when I checked in so the cleaning is clearly not the most thorough. Also, for some reason the blackout curtains don’t close and are only there for decoration. The light coming through the window made it very difficult to sleep.
