We come here 2-4 times a year. It's not the cheapest for this area, but it's the cleanest, always up to date, breakfast is usually really good. There have been 2 issues, which aren't worth mentioning, what's important is I messaged the front desk, they were promp and sincerely concerned and resolved the issue right away.

As a Best Western customer on a regular basis, I found the Eagleridge BW to be exemplary. From the front desk team to the housekeepers, this establishment shines. And let us acknowledge the legendary chef Steve who makes breakfast omelettes to order, from 6am - 9am, has a full case of daily fresh-baked pastries, and an eatery area with a unique espresso machine unlike, and much better, than any others that I have seen in any hotel, motel, or most cafes! This hotel should get 5 stars. It is immaculate. Breakfast was wonderful. The customer service is next level. Every guest there was friendly like community. Our little dog felt like it was home. The only problem is they are dishonest about having an EV charging facility onsite. They offer a GCFI 110 outlet in a weatherproof box in an unsecured part of their parking lot, where your quite expensive charging cord would need to be left unattended in a metropolitan area overnight to trickle charge.
