The room was great, the service was better. My only issue was fridge was a bit dirty and the drawers for clothes smelled musty. You can go out the front door of the hotel and take a 2 minute walk to walmart next door with ease. The hot water doesnt get super hot, so super safe for kids. Not sure if that's because I was in a disabled room. It was quiet for the most part, except for people checking in late. But nothing disruptive. The bed was firm and the pillows were fluffy. It’s so booty
The pool could have been better. It was not very clean when we were there and the children were there unsupervised and jumping in the pool splashing water everywhere and tracking water all through the hotel. Other than that it was a very nice place in a very convenient location.
Awesome service! Nice property... The agent at the front desk was absolutely delightful! I can not remember her name, but i would like to show her recognition. It did not go unnoticed. Thank you for your kindness, patience, and just being bright hearted. I would recommend seeing as this was my first experience with Best Western!
