Tv didn't work. I was traveling with a child and would've liked it to work. Was told by front desk to unplug it which required me moving a very heavy piece of furniture. I've called and emailed the manager with no response over several days

They don't accept chime as payment. So if you are going to stay and have only chime i would advise againts it or ypu may end up sleeping out behind the hotel with all the homeless or go to another hotel.The lady that checked me in did not greet me with a friendly attitude or even a smile. She wasn't even nice to my boss when she called to help me out. It was a really uncomfortable experience. The breakfast was okay. It's right by the freeway so lots of noise. The WORST EXPERIENCE with hotel management ever. I also have never had issues with hotel management before so maybe this is the norm but it is awful. I was charged for smoking in a room when I don’t smoke and it’s been IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of Sandra Espinosa who is the GM. I would never recommend staying here unless you want bogus charges and an inability to reach anyone and no accountability for senior staff to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner. Find another hotel, it’s not worth the hassle.
