I was very disappointed with my stay. From the moment I arrived, I didn’t feel welcomed—there was no greeting, and the customer service throughout was unfriendly and unhelpful. The cleanliness was also concerning, as I found a blood spot on the sheets, which is completely unacceptable. The bedding was also uncomfortable, with very thin covers that did not make for a restful night. Very bad customer service. My daughter had to do homework but they were giving a not existing wifi password. They only said they need to call IT department tomorrow morning because it was after hours

Terrible place, maid came in my room and took my stuff. When I asked where my stuff was,they talked amongst themselves in another language and told me they don't know. When I said im calling cops, they found my stuff. Really scary I could've been sleeping still at 9am and this maid just comes in when at breakfast, sounds like their robbing guests. Won't come back, can't believe i paid $160 for crap, been at better places for cheaper
