The bed was ok. Breakfast was really good. And the room was clean.
Haven’t even started my stay yet, so may update this review as needed. Arrived at like 2:45PM the girl at the front desk had zero customer service skills. Looked like she’d rather be anywhere else, and talked like it too. When I told her I was here to checkin she told me it was too early. Checkin is technically 3pm, but seriously, by the time you check me in and I pay and everything it’ll basically be 3pm. But whatever. I leave and go grab some food and come back to checkin. The girl at the desk had no customer service skills! I walked into the lobby, and there was no one around, no customers, and no one at the desk. I waited 10 min and noticed a bell. A young woman came out from the back room. No hello, no good evening. I only had one request: I wanted a quiet room! as I traveled for 10 hours. She gave me a room directly across from the elevator.
