No complaints with the service or the cleanliness of this place. It is well-maintained and welcoming. The room was nicely decorated (a minor miracle for a motel) and had all the basic amenities plus some good ones - hairdryer, ironing board, coffee maker, fridge. It also had a relatively new flat-screen TV and new, extremely comfortable mattresses. Beach access is easy, just a quick climb up an overpass and across the street.
