Beds looked slept in, Bathroom Towels were yellow, light fixtures looked like they haven't been cleaned in years, too much chlorine in the water, pool door didnt work, had to get out of pool to let husband into pool, my husband had to get out of pool to let others in. Front desk person did not know how to open door. Remote control didn't work, and when I told front desk person, he offered to come up to room and show me, instead of just explaining, then wrote a lying nasty note to the manager about me. Early check in before 2:00 is $35!!! Not happening. Street construction around hotels is terrible. Solidly backed up several times during daytime for close to a mild.
Sadly the pictures on their page is false advertisement. Everything is completely outdated. The room we stayed in had mold in the shower. The sink was clogged. We had a few spiders and it was just gross. Our room also had a weird smell to it. Honestly do not stay here.
My wife and I reserved a room online for one night. Wow, not great or good! Check in for everyone is 3pm, but the keys are already laid out next to the check in paperwork. We checked in got our keys and proceeded to the room. Whew got to the room and it smell kind of funny, but we like umm well let's spray some lysol and go out to eat and come back. Great experience. The gal at the front desk (I think her name was Katherine?) needs a raise. When we first arrived it was very busy with multiple families checking in. She was the only one behind the counter but we were greeted with a smile and a pleasant hello, she asked us if we had any questions or needed anything else before we headed up to the room.
