Do not rent from them just checked out at midnight tonight because me and my kids where getting ate up by bedbugs to the guy at front desk even showed him pictures and u told me he just works there and there's nothing he can do

I definitely do not recommend. The housekeeping staff was so rude in the morning kept knocking at the door every hour starting at 7am. They were very loud in the hallway in the am shouting down the hall at each other. Called to talk to manager and the manager only reply was we don’t usually get complaints like this. Tried to talk to the front desk and made the excuse of they don’t speak English. Room smelled moldy and gross and the hallways smelled like rotten shrimp

A sports team stopped and stayed overnight before a tournament. The front desk made sure every individual had their own keycard. The kitchen staff made breakfast available at 6 am on a Saturday so the players could eat even though breakfast did not start till 7. Rooms were clean and cared for. Thank you for going out of your way to make it a great stay!
