Update…. I want to update my previous review and clarify that my stay was definitely at Best Western Plus Chicagoland - Countryside, There is no confusion—I booked and physically came to this hotel for my trip to Chicago. I personally called the number provided and spoke with staff, who confirmed my stay after reviewing their records and even printed out documents related to my visit. Update from the last review,I am so mad about this hotel. My husband called and they always said the manager was not there. They printed the paper and gave to manager but we waited for a month for nothing. Even though my husband left the review and they still told him to call them but they did not do anything. Waste our time 🤬🤬 We booked at Best Western Plus Chicagoland – Countryside during a short trip to the Chicago area. Wow! I love Lupe! the chef She made our stay beautiful! Really welcoming! Above and beyond! Because of her , we stayed an additional day here - makes good breakfast time n the traditional way not on microwave- very tasty. She is very friendly- she prepared a special toast on the first day when we were really hungry- Thank you Lupe thank you best western
