I traveled to NW Arkansas to graduate and brought my 12 year old daughter and her best friend. I booked this hotel specifically to have a pool the two girls could swim. When we checked in, I was told the pool was unusable due to a crack, and won’t be available until the maintenance is complete. No where on their website or on hotels.com shows the pool out of service. I spent way too much by booking through hotels.com due to this being graduation weekend. Perhaps my first critical review on Google; Fri night $249 rate, wife and daughter arrived and unpacked to get early night rest, only to find no hot water for the room. Clerk was not surprised and needed 15 min to call manager for permission to change room--no thanks/too late. Management was not receptive the following morning 'we'll look into it' -- I know it's a tough business, but $249 and no hot water...don't recommend.
