Room shade was broken so our room was lit up brightly from the outdoor lights all night and we got no sleep. Bath towels smelled like kitchen grease. Man at the desk was rude when I asked about checkout. Otherwise clean and updated. Breakfast as usual for free was ok-not bad, not good.

Guy at front desk was so accommodating. The hotel faces a busy street and our room was noisy. Since we were staying 2 nights he kindly put us in another room. The 2nd room is slightly nicer than the first with a bigger couch. Breakfast is decent. Bacon super crispy with a self serve yogurt. Plus the norm scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, french toast sticks, bagels, toast and of course 2 different types of waffle to make fresh.

This was our last night stay on a 17 day road trip. I have no idea why this location is listed as a "Plus", but it really is just a regular Best Western. The hotel wasn't even full that night and was mostly just Delta Airlines employees but for some reason they gave us one of the 10 rooms that directly face the main road in front of the hotel. The road noise was so loud all day and all night. The AC fan could not even come close to drowning it out. My husband can sleep through anything, but even he couldn't get past the nois... read more
