The rooms were clean, bed was okay, if you like pillows this is not the place to stay. They will not give out any extra pillows. The key system has issues. The hotel is also on a very busy road and is hard to go across to turn left out of the parking lot during high traffic times.

I enjoyed staying at the Best Western in Bentonville. I am a flight attendant, and I am in Out Of hotels all the time and not many stand out. The warm service, especially from Annette was wonderful. She gave me some great ideas. Tell me how to fix my TV and even offer me bagels after breakfast was already over. She’s a team player.. I also heard it was her first week and that’s amazing.
