Just want to give a shout out to Ryan at reception who was super lovely at getting me a room last minute for my partner so that he could easily come visit me at RPA. Even getting us an early check in which was super helpful as my partner had some stuff to store in the fridge. Fantastic customer service!
Room was beautiful and bed was comfortable very close to RPA lots of cafes and restaurants nearby very happy with our stay.
The hotel staffs were superb and cute, helped me greatly during my stay with the cleaning of the room and explanations. The location was incredibly convenient, there is a bus stop with many buses just right outside the hotel. Hot water available for all basin and bath. There is an elevator in it so quite convenient as well. Few restaurants nearby. Highly recommend it!!!

Their consistent warmth and responsibility have made each stay smooth and welcoming, which really makes a difference when you're travelling frequently for work. The rooms are always well-maintained, and the hotel is thoughtfully equipped for longer stays. I’ll gladly stay here again whenever I’m working in the area.
