This place is the Australian version of Best Western Plus Burnaby Hotel in Canada. Met our needs and was a good stay. Had a two bedroom stay.
We stayed for five nights in the three bedroom apartment, and it was amazing. It was a full apartment, and we had so much space. It was clean throughout, and the housekeeping staff serviced the room every day with fresh towels and supplies. This was hugely appreciated! I want to give a special shout-out to the cleaners who worked on Sunday, March 8th; they were so lovely and went out of their way to be kind & helpful. Please pass on our thanks to them! Lovely place and very convenient however my mom is in an executive room and should be cleaned and bed made everyday. This has not been happening and don’t recommend this hotel if you are looking for a stay of more than a night or so. Harry has been great but just major issues with what looks like overworked/not enough staff when busy.
