Very disappointing! King size bed with dips and lumps.Door latch didn’t work. Toilet didn’t flow well. But worst of all, the shower frame was dirty. The good news is that the breakfast was really good. Eggs fluffy and tasty. Lots of choices. The man who checked us in was very sociable and helpful. Also, the entrance is difficult to find but that is the fault of the town roads and not Best Western.
The toilet and sink clogged the first day. The breakfast people denied to make me eggs without meat. The waffle batter dispenser is broken and doesnt dispense properly. And the guy at the front desk was very rude when I went and asked if he could ask the breakfast people for tomorrow morning if they could make eggs without meat in them. He was very annoyed and it was very off putting.. especially when we are spending money staying here. Probably wouldn't come here again. Pros: Nice view out window and that view makes for spectacular sunsets. Grounds are quiet. Cons: Our room 331 needs a good cleaning. Clean under the beds. Clean under sink shelves in bathroom where you will see a used Q-tip and empty shampoo bottle and other trash. Clean the dark ring scum on the tub. (I did that for you). Clean what appears to be a booger on the ceiling over the bed on left. Repair the torn screen on the window and repair the slider window that is extremely difficult to open and slips back down once opened.... read more
As I was loading our bags into the car, I could not help but feel disappointed, that our stay here was just one night. This has been THE best hotel that I have been in in years. Super clean, quiet comfortable and amenities that I never even thought about. 5 stars is not enough..... Take a break from all the stress and unwind in this carefree environment.... It's sad it has to end.
