Hotel has all the facilities, however room cleaning is haphazard and elevator area is full of litter. Breakfast is typical sad American hotel standards

I hardly take the time to give reviews but let me just say I’m never booking a Best Western in the future. The one good thing are the beds. They were pretty comfortable and clean. Now the disappointing part. This place was packed due to a tournament and the floor above us was super disturbing all night long in the late hours and early morning. I did not get any sleep the first night. I paid almost $1,000 for 3 nights and they put us on the first floor. We had spider webs in the corner. The view was the beautiful Space Age ga... read more

I received a call to my room regarding my service animal. I declared it with Priceline. I declared it with the front desk. He introduced himself as the GM and said very rudely, “we are not pet friendly.” I explained I had taken care of it when I checked in, filled out the paperwork and also offered to send them all of my service dog requirement paperwork via email.
