I DID NOT STAY HERE. But I reserved the room for my husband traveling, and I spoke on the phone with Andres Maldonado who was the kindest, most helpful individual EVER! Give him a raise!!
Nice clean rooms.
Very nice rooms, always sparkling clean. The only problem is there is somebody stealing fuel from the big trucks, despite having a night time security officer! I find that very concerning.
My husband and I are truck drivers and have been to many places. I must say Best Western Chino, California is by far the most cleanest, beautiful, comfortable rooms and the friendliest, helpful staff. We would most definitely recommend and stay here again in the future. 😊😊 Excellent
My room’s hot water in the shower was not working and the office lady had an attitude.
