Seeing the beautifully landscaped grounds is a wonderful beginning for a stay at this very nice motel. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly and the included breakfast was wonderful. Nearness to Liberty Park is a plus and so is the beauty of the nearby snow-capped mountains.

Friendly staff, excellent location close to the freeway and shopping center. The grounds were clean and inviting. The room was clean and modern very comfortable. Before my check in I called and was greeted with a warm welcome and given the information I needed to help me plan for my trip. I would recommend this hotel.
NO "MANAGER" ON SITE AT THE PROPERTY. Staff refuses provide contact information for the elusive "manager". No phone number. No email. No address. To say that the Pine Tree Motel is poorly managed is drastic understatement. Staff sucks overall. One tall, brunette gal was fantastic. Otherwise, the customer service is horrible. The staff is made up of excuse ridden, unhelpful, unintelligent, poorly trained, lazy and whiny people that completely lack any semblance of integrity.
