Place was very clean, staff super friendly, towels were legit (big, fluffy, heavy and comfy). Breakfast had a great choice of items and beverages. The pancake belt type machine didn’t make great pancakes but overall the breakfast was great. Freeway close and I didn’t see any riff-raff hanging around.
Friendly staff and great location several restaurants and shopping nearby. Special Thanks to Pilar , Veronica and Nate for always making sure my experience Here is smooth and hassle free
Incredible experience all around. Great customer service, clean room, great location. The only complaint I can see someone else saying would be the bed is too firm (at least the one I was in) but I prefer firm and slept great! I was only there one night and it was exactly what I had hoped for and more and a great price. Will be back!
No hot water told the front desk at checkout there was no manager available was told the manager would contact me. The manager never called back. Terrible customer service.
