I had an INCREDIBLE experience with this hotel. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. Tiffany was the individual on duty when I checked in. She was friendly, kind, intelligent, knowledgeable, and went absolutely above and beyond on every aspect of customer service. The lobby and hallways were clean, up to date. #1. The elevator & staircase looked like something off a horror movie crime scene. Apparently only the downstairs tv was connected to the wifi so we couldn't watch anything that we'd planned. I understand hotels go through maintenance and updates, but you should inform the guests. The stones in the pool area are coming out the floor it felt disgusting. My skin felt awful after being in the jacuzzi & the fumes were too strong. When I tried to take a shower stuff was falling into the tub from the handle. Then the drain wasn't ... read more
