When I showed up I was supposed to be booked all week Monday to Friday. They only had me booked for Monday when I showed the reception the confirmation for all week she did not seem concerned that she only had me booked for one night. The morning receptionist was fantastic super nice. The evening receptionist was not so nice. Kind of rude. I was there on a Work trip every night when I would come back to my room I would have to have my room key re-keyed so I could get back into my room every morning. Upon arrival we were given a room when we got to the room and went in we soon realized that someone else was already in the room. Went back to front desk and after 30 min of confusion we had a new room not very clean very worn every were and hot all night even with the undersized ac unit running on max all night.
No elevator for second floor. No food restaurant in walking distance. Not recommend
