My family stayed at this place for one day. A week later I found two room charges on my credit card. I called the hotel to see what had happened as we only reserved one room. They treated me like a criminal, stating they had to review camera footage. Then 5 hours later called back and interrogated me and then stated they had to review all phone recordings and said they would call back shortly. They never called back that day. I am sorry, I meant to state two rooms. One had been refunded in full on 6/27/24 but did not process until 7/8/4 and one had been charged for her actual stay on 6/27/24. I have emailed copies of everything to her to make sure she received her refund. Thank you.
